REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At LUNAR, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. While we currently do not offer refunds, we do provide a simple and friendly exchange option to support our customers. This policy applies within Bangladesh.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange if:
- You face a size issue
- You receive a wrong product
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery
Conditions:
- Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- Exchange is subject to product availability
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 24–48 hours
- Share clear photos or videos for verification
- We will arrange an exchange at no extra cost

- Delivery charges are non‑refundable
- Sale or discounted items are not exchangeable, unless defective
